Responsibilities: - Operational management of the branch - Budgeting and reporting on departmental activities - Achieving key performance indicators set by the company - Negotiating with partners and stakeholders

Key Competencies: - Effective company management (goal setting, organization, planning, control) - Knowledge of modern marketing and advertising strategies - Public speaking skills and high level of communication - Experience in launching projects from scratch and prioritization skills

Work Conditions: - Salary: $2000 + sales bonuses - Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 - Annual paid leave: 24 calendar days - Accommodation: On-site at the employer’s location in Davao, Philippines
